TET traineeships are a great opportunity to get acquainted with working life. You can inquire about TET places directly at our stores, restaurants, cafés, petrol stations and hotels – just go in person and ask for a supervisor.

Upper secondary studies
Interns are important members of the work community, and during your internship, you will certainly get to do work that corresponds to the goals of your degree. Work under training agreements is unpaid, furthers your studies and prepares you for working life. A successful traineeship under a training agreement can lead to the opportunity to continue on-the-job learning with a paid apprenticeship. You can enquire about internships by contacting the desired store, restaurant etc. directly.

Apprenticeship
We primarily allow apprenticeship positions for people who are already employed at HOK-Elanto. The apprenticeship is based on an employment contract, so it is paid. If you are interested in working with an apprenticeship, feel free to apply for a job with us and mention in your application that you are interested in an apprenticeship. We will ensure the success of your apprenticeship by appointing you a workplace instructor who will support your learning at work.
