SAKA - the HOK-Elanto employees' own sickness fund supplements occupational healthcare and is one of HOK-Elanto’s most significant employee benefits. Every HOK-Elanto employee is automatically covered by the sickness fund once the employment relationship has lasted six months and the seventh full month begins.
