SAKA strengthens support for mental well-being – access to short-term psychotherapy now more flexible
HOK-Elanto sickness fund is enhancing its support for mental well-being in 2025. Employees can now access short-term psychotherapy more flexibly, with guidance or referral available from an occupational health nurse, occupational psychologist, or occupational health physician. You may also choose your own service provider.Additionally, SAKA members will receive increased financial support for short term psychotherapy-related costs.💚 Eligibility for reimbursement Reimbursement is granted when guidance or referral is provided by one of the following: • HOK-Elanto´s occupational health nurse
• HOK-Elanto´s occupational psychologist
• HOK-Elanto´s occupational health doctorThe treatment provider must be a licensed psychologist or psychotherapist.💚 You may choose your own service provider 💚 Reimbursement details for 2025 • 80% of treatment costs will be reimbursed
• Maximum reimbursement: €1,000 per calendar year
• Applies to sessions between January 1 and December 31, 2025
