Work at HOK-Elanto starts with comprehensive induction training, ensuring that everyone has sufficient skills and knowledge to succeed at their work. In all business areas, induction training is organised with the support of the unit manager and skilled and experienced HOK-Elanto colleagues.

New employees coming to work in Alepa, S-market, Prisma and Food Market Herkku participate in a joint induction training online and perform tasks related to the induction training at their workplace. On the second day, they learn how to work with the cash register. This training takes place at HOK-Elanto’s training facilities in the Tripla shopping centre.
