Jäsenyytesi on irtisanottu, koska osuusmaksusi ei ole tullut täyteen 5 vuoden kuluessa liittymisestä. Kerryttämisaika on osuuskaupan sääntöjen mukaan viisi vuotta ja tämä aika on ylittynyt.
Asiakasomistajuuteen liittyvät S-Etukorttisi ovat suljettu ja osuusmaksusi mahdollisesti maksettu osa on palautettu S-tilillesi. Tililläsi olevat varat saat käyttöösi asioimalla Asiakasomistajapalvelupisteellä tai verkkopankin kautta.
Huomaathan, että S-Pankin asiakkuutesi jatkuu, mutta palvelut muuttuvat maksullisiksi huhtikuun alussa.
Why has my co-op membership been terminated by HOK-Elanto?
Your membership has been terminated, because you haven’t paid the membership fee (100€) within 5 years of joining. The rules of the co-op determine, that you must pay the complete membership fee within 5 years and that time period has now expired.
All of your S-Etukortti cards, that are based on your co-op membership have been closed. The amount of your membership fee, which you have accumulated to this date, has been transferred to your S-Bank account. You can access your funds, by visiting a co-op member service point or through your online banking codes.
Please be aware that your customer relationship with S-Bank is still active and all your bank services will become chargeable on the 1.4.2021.
